I lead projects and the operations behind them — mapping tangled workflows, cutting waste and building the KPIs and reporting that keep a team honest. My background spans multilingual service delivery, Agile and Lean process improvement, and a proven track record of scaling teams while holding delivery standards steady.

Lately I've moved deeper into IT operations and the cloud — Microsoft Azure administration and service-desk support — and into building practical AI automation with tools like n8n. Multilingual by trade and relentlessly curious, I'm always sharpening the toolkit.
