Hello! I’m Vasyl, a project manager, business analyst and certified scrum master with a strong background in digital transformation and process automation. With years of experience in managing projects across industries, I excel in optimizing workflows, improving efficiency, and driving strategic initiatives. My passion lies in data analysis, Agile methodologies, and exploring innovative technologies to enhance business operations.

Beyond my professional expertise, I have a deep interest in history, philosophy, psychology, and methodology. I’m currently expanding my skill set by learning Spanish and Italian, as well as diving into data analytics to broaden my career opportunities. I also have a strong appreciation for art, culture, and travel, recently exploring historical sites and museums across Europe.

As I navigate new professional opportunities, I am also considering launching my own business project to apply my skills in a meaningful way. Always eager to learn and grow, I embrace new challenges with an open mind and a drive for continuous improvement.

  • Successfully scaled the team, doubling its size in 2023 while increasing project volume for Czech and Slovak markets.
